Conversation at Hornsby Heights

June 22nd  1999

We held our June meeting last night. We had 6 people and a lively discussion on genetic engineering. Our group size works really well for a kitchen meeting. Everyone gets a chance participate and feel an integral part of the discussion.

We have now reached the stage where there are people in the group that are not from my own network of friends. It is appropriate now to use some facilitation. I made a few tentative attempts at facilitation last night, which I think when across ok. Thanks to your group facilitators
course for imparting some skills.

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday July 13th from 7pm to 9pm.
